Debbi T. Our GOD has saved my life more than once. I had a wreck on May 26th on I-30 bridge over the Arkansas River at lunch. I lost control of my motorcycle in the turn lane at the Broadway exit due to brake fluid on the road. I escaped with minor cuts and bruises. I was not wearing a helmet. In September I was traveling alone on I-430 when a truck pulling a trailer carrying a utility building lost the building after making their way onto the highway. The utility building came off the the trailer and landed in the lane next to me separating into pieces I was able to avoid the collision. Later in September, my pinch bolt broke in my front fork as I was coming home from Hot Springs. I had been traveling in access of 80 MPH for the duration of the trip. It did not separate until I had slowed down for my exit on I-630.I was told by mechanics at Jones Harley Davidson I was a lucky woman because the bolt had broke and the front fork was bent outwards and coming apart. PRAISE THE LORD FOR SAVING ME AND WATCHING OUT FOR ME. HIGHWAY CHICKS DEBBI T. PRESIDENT well here I go again... At 2:00 pm TODAY I was riding down Rosavelt Road when I came to the Main Street intersection. I was in the inside lane behind 2 cars and a van at the light, the light turned green and the van didnt move so I assumed it had stalled. I waited my turn to go around the vehicles so I got in the outside lane to pass and go through the intersection. Low and behold the light turned red on my way through, 10 feet past the intersection a 92 Chevy van was turning my direction into a parking lot. I hit the van in the side behind the passenger door.The collison caused my bike to turn sideways parrallel with the van at which time we both stopped moving in unison. I was still in the saddle after we collided and stopped with no cuts,scrapes or bruises on my body. Neither me or my bike fell to the ground. My bike suffered a broken front fender, my engine guard is bend backwards 4 inches on the right side,my driving lights were bend backwards and so was my mirror. The good lord had his hands around me to cushion me for the wreck.THANK YOU JESUS ,THANK YOU LORD... YET AGAIN for saving my life.
